Laptop Interface
Using the latest technology on the market today all of Ratech’s pipe inspection drainline systems can be adapted with our laptop interface. The laptop interface allows you to stream the video from your Ratech camera control unit to your laptop computer or desktop computer’s hard drive. Once the pipe inspection video is on your laptop you have many choices - you can burn your inspection direct to a DVD, USB thumb-drive, SD card, Sony memory stick, or whatever recording media are available on your personal laptop or computer.
Another fine feature of the laptop interface is the ability to take digital still photos with the image capture software that is included. Now you can take jpeg file photos of all your pipe defects and deformities - with your option to save, print, send, or copy. The files can also be easily emailed to a customer or even uploaded to YouTube™ for all to see on the internet. Mpeg recordings and Jpeg image capture make this an extremely valuable recording tool for all your pipe inspections.
